Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of Oreo cookies
  • 80 grams of melted butter
  • 500 grams of cream cheese
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate
  • 100 grams of heavy cream

Preparation:

1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they become fine crumbs.

2. Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.

3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the vanilla extract and sour cream, and mix until incorporated.

5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie base in the tart pan.

6. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius and bake the tart for about 1 hour, or until firm in the center.
