  • 200 g Digestive biscuits
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 500 g cream cheese

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Also, add the vanilla extract and dried lavender.

5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base in the pan.

6. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until the cheesecake is firm in the center.

7. Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before unmolding and serving.
