  6. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until firm. Then, add it to the cream cheese and nougat mixture, incorporating it with gentle and folding movements.
  7. Next, add the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition.
  8. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base in the mold and smooth the surface with a spatula.
  9. Bake the cheesecake at 180°C for approximately 50-60 minutes or until it is firm in the center but slightly jiggly at the edges.
  10. Once ready, remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Then, refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
